FOR APPLICATIONS TO THE STATE THEATRE ON GÄRTNERPLATZ

All personal data from your application and all attachments that you submit electronically or by post will be collected, processed and used by the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz solely for the purposes of storing, evaluating, assigning and forwarding your application.

Your personal data will be accessible to the HR staff at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz to whom you are applying and will be made available to the managers of the respective department on a case-by-case basis. They are prohibited from using the data for purposes other than those mentioned above.

The personal data of all applicants is stored on a server of the Central Service of the Bavarian State Theatres in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany.

You have the right to have any personal data deleted, to withdraw your application(s) or to correct incorrect data at any time.

If you do not request the deletion of your data, it will remain stored for a maximum of 6 months after completion of the application process, even if the applicant has been previously rejected by the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz.

In the event of employment, the Staatstheater may transfer personal data from your application and all attachments you have submitted to your personnel file.
