Redeeming your season ticket voucher
You receive a virtual voucher for the date for which you have given notice of non-attendance in the amount of the discounted performance value. The voucher will be redeemed when you purchase tickets for your chosen performance. Please note that, with notices of non-attendance, the price benefit achieved through your subscription cannot be transferred to another performance. Additional payments may be incurred depending on the choice of seat. If your voucher value exceeds the ticket price, the remaining amount will expire.
Place the tickets in the cart and check your purchase immediately. Select your voucher by clicking. Then click on Redeem Voucher. If any additional payment is required, please select your preferred method of payment. You will receive an order confirmation when you have completed your purchase.
Using your season ticket discount
Please note that the season ticket discount is not applicable until 14 days before the performance, from 10 a.m. You can combine redeeming a season ticket voucher and using your season ticket discount in the web shop.
After selecting the required seats, you will see a box entitled »Sale Type« under the seating plan. Please select the option »20% season ticket discount« here. Place the tickets in the shopping basket. In the next step, you can check your order again; the reduced purchase price will be shown. At the end of this step, you will be given an order confirmation.
