»Das Dschungelbuch« [The Jungle Book]

We cordially invite you and your children to the Akademietheater on Sunday, 18 November 2012. We'd like to show you how a piece like "The Jungle Book" is created, talk to Mowgli and all the other actors, introduce you to the director and offer you a glimpse behind the scenes. This introductory matinée is bound to be exciting for everyone who loves the theatre and is curious about the new play at the Gärtnerplatz Theatre.
It starts at 11 a.m. Entry for children is free, adults pay4.

"The Jungle Book" is this year's family musical at the State Theatre on Gärtnerplatz. The introductory matinée is intended primarily for children and youngsters. You'll discover lots of exciting things about the staging (director: Alexandra Frankmann) and Rudyard Kipling's book, you'll be able to chat to the team of directors and you'll enjoy a few samples of the music and dance from close up. And those who want to can even shake the paw of Baloo the Bear personally at the end!
