Der Ring an einem Abend

Following the motto of "Everything you ever wanted to know about Siegfried", Vicco von Bülow, better known as Loriot, created his very own version of Wagner's "Ring". This entertaining summary of the four operas finally shines a perceptive yet amusing light on the complicated action and gets to grips with the divine chaos with wit and understanding – not as a parody, but as an intelligent, humorous introduction! Former Artistic Director of the Gärtnerplatztheater Klaus Schultz, a friend of Loriot for many years and a passionate Wagner expert, has already guided many audiences through the "Ring in One Evening", and he now does it again, accompanied by superb soloists and "his" old orchestra!
