Yaroslav Abaimov

Yaroslav Abaimov is born in Tscherepowez, he graduated from the Sveshnikov Choral College and from the Popov Choral Academy with degrees in singing and in choral conducting. 2019 he won the voice competition in Vyatskoe (Russia), he is prize winner also of competitions in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and attended master classes in Italy and the USA. He sings at Novoya Opera in Moscow Lenski (»Eugene Onegin«), Nadir (»Les Pêcheurs de Perles«), Don Ramiro (»La Cenerentola«), Almaviva (»Il barbiere di Siviglia«), Italian tenor (»Capriccio«) as well as at many other Russian theatres and with concert organizers. He made his debut at Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow as Simpleton in »Boris Godunov« where he recently interpretated Almaviva. Outside of Russia he was heard already in Macao (China) with »Mozart and Salieri« by Rimsky-Korsakov, in Mexico with »Glagolitic Mass« and Mozart’s »Requiem«, in Nancy as Astrologer in »Coq d’Or«, at Reisopera Enschede as Ferrando (»Così fan tutte«), »Carmina Burana«, Lenski and as Nadir, at Teatro Regio in Turin as 4th Jew in »Salome«, in Amsterdam with »Semjon Kotko«, in Madrid as Astrologer in »Coq d’Or« and in Cyprus as Almaviva.
