Susanne Seimel

Susanne Seimel, from Linz, trained at the Performing Arts Studios in Vienna. Her roles to date include Columbia (»The Rocky Horror Show«), Mistress (»Evita«), the two main roles Linda and Angie in »Finix« at Raimund Theatre in Vienna, Soulgirl (»Jesus Christ Superstar«) in Graz and Klagenfurt, Becky Thatcher (»Tom Sawyer«) in Vienna, Tumbili (»Simba oder das Löwenland«) in Merzig, Anybody's (»West Side Story«) and the ensemble (»Dracula«) in Graz, the ensemble (»Les Misérables«) and Zelda Zanders (»Singin’ in the Rain«) at the Klagenfurt City Theatre, soprano in Bernstein's »Mass« in Munich and Mabel Washington (»Fame«) at the Graz Opera. In the Netherlands she took part in the TV programme »Op zoek naar Mary Poppins« and appeared in the musical »Samen Sterk« in Utrecht and in many galas. She can be heard on the CD of the musical »The Elephant Man« in the role of Catherine. She played Erma (»Anything Goes«) at the St Gallen Theatre and made her debut at the Gärtnerplatztheater as Trude Tugend (Virtue Williams) in the same piece. Further she played here among others Miss Phillips in »Chitty Chitty Bang Bang«, Olga in »Cinderella«, Zelda Zanders in »Singinʼ in the Rain«, Petra in »A Little Night Music«, O Lia San in »Viktoria und ihr Husar«, Klärchen in »Im weißen Rössl« and Eliza Doolittle in »My Fair Lady«. From 2017 till 2019 she was member of the ensemble of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz.
