Noé Colin
Born in Mexico, Noé Colin received his training at the National University of Mexico and with Ubaldo Gardini in Vienna and as a member of the International Opera Studio in Zurich.
His repertoire includes roles such as Don Magnifico and Alidoro (»La Cenerentola«), Lord Sidney and Don Profondo (»Il viaggio a Reims«), Bartolo and Basilio (»Il barbiere di Siviglia«), Dulcamara (»L’elisir d’amore«), Don Alfonso (»Così fan tutte«), Leporello (»Don Giovanni«),Amfortas (»Parsifal«), Barak (»Die Frau ohne Schatten«), Giorgio (»I puritani«), Varo (»Ezio«), Pizarro (»Fidelio«) and Sarastro (»Die Zauberflöte«).
Guest appearances have taken the bass-baritone to theatres such as the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki, the Volksoper in Vienna, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Teatro Principal de Palma de Mallorca, the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico, the Teatro Cuyas in Las Palmas and the Prague State Opera. He has already sung the role of Don Pasquale in venues such as the Volksoper in Vienna, the Wuppertaler Bühnen, the Opera Columbia in Bogota, the Festival Bicentenario in Mexico, the Landestheater Linz and the Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck.
Noé Colin has also performed alongside such famous artists as Plácido Domingo, Anna Netrebko, Rolando Villazón, Ramón Vargas and Carlo Cossutta.
