Conny Glogger
Conny Glogger studied theatre studies and trained at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich. She has had theatre engagements at the Städtische Bühnen Augsburg, the Landestheater Coburg and the Münchner Volkstheater. She became known on television in the series »Weißblaue Geschichten« and as Marlies Goll in »Tierarzt Dr. Engel«. She appeared several times on Bavarian television in »Komödienstadel«. Her other television series include »Glückliche Reise« (ProSieben), »Der Bulle von Tölz« (SAT.1) and »Die Rosenheim Cops« (ZDF). She played leading roles in 1996/1997 on ORF in the political satire »Der ideale Kandidat« (as the partner of the title character Herbert Fux) and in 2000 on BR in »Geschichten aus dem Nachbarhaus« (as the partner of caretaker Erich Hallhuber; directed by Peter Weissflog). She was and is regularly heard on the radio programme of Bayerischer Rundfunk, including many years as the presenter of »Rucksackradio« and »Bayern1 ‒ Volksmusik«. She has also hosted programmes such as »Die Blaue Couch« and »Bayern1 am Sonntagnachmittag«.
