Christian Weindl

Christian Weindl studied media and communication science at the University of Passau and theatre studies at the LMU Munich. During his studies, he wrote and performed for various cabaret ensembles, including »Die Kellerkinder«, the in-house ensemble of the Passau Scharfrichterhaus. He currently lives and works as a freelance author in Munich. His short film »Krampus« was shown at over 20 festivals worldwide and won several awards. He first appeared on stage at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in 2014 in »Peter Grimes«. Since then, he has appeared in other smaller roles, including in »Wiener Blut«, »My Fair Lady« and »Drei Männer im Schnee«. He also played waiter Franz in »Im weißen Rössl«
