Soffi Povo

Soffi Povo, born in Vienna in 1991, completed her training as an actress in 2016 at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien (MUK). After several years as actress in theatres in Vienna, including Werk X, Theater der Jugend, Dschungel and the Phönix Theater Linz, she became a member of the ensemble at the Schubert Theater in Vienna, a puppet theatre for adults. Since then, she has specialised in the construction and manipulation of puppets and, in addition to the Schubert Theatre, has also built and, in some cases, worked as puppeteer for venues in Vienna such as Theater im Park, Theater der Jugend, Dschungel Wien and Kulturgarage, as well as occasionally for film and television.
