Alexander Paul Findewirth

Born in Bad Tölz, Alexander Paul Findewirth studied »Musical Entertainment Theatre« at the Music and Arts University of Vienna (MUK). During his studies, he already appeared on stage in the German-language premiere of »Be More Chill« and at the Landestheater Linz in the world premiere of »The Wave«, which was awarded the »German Musical Theatre Prize 2021«. Following his studies, he appeared as A-Rab (»West Side Story«) at the Seefestspiele Mörbisch, in »Blues Brothers« at the Semperoper Dresden, »Footloose« at the Chemnitz Opera, »Anne of Green Gables« at the Theater der Jugend in Vienna, »Cabaret« at the Tipi am Kanzleramt in Berlin and in »Anastasia« and »Catch Me If You Can« at the Landestheater Linz. He also played Jim Farrell (»Titanic«) at the Erfurt Theatre and Chuck Cranston and Ren McCormack (»Footloose«) on tour through Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At the Gärtnerplatztheater, where he will be a member of the ensemble from the 2025/2026 season, he has performed in »Drei Männer im Schnee«, »La Cage aux Folles« and »Waldmeister«.
