ARE THE CHECKROOMS OPEN?

Yes, the dressing rooms in the theater are open. Please leave your coats and, if applicable, umbrellas there.

IS THE THEATER CATERING OPEN?

For food and drinks the theater catering is open.

CAN I GIVE MY PERSONALIZED TICKETS TO OTHERS?

If you are unable to attend the performance yourself, you have the option to pass on your tickets. 

I AM A SUBSCRIBER – WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE 2023/2024 SEASON?

I HAVE A VOUCHER WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE OF 12/31/2022 – IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND IT?

In view of the Corona pandemic, vouchers with an expiration date of 12/31/2022 have been automatically extended by one year until 12/31/2023 as a gesture of goodwill.

IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?

The box office at Marstallplatz 5 is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.

HOW DO I GET TO THE GÄRTNERPLATZTHEATRe?

Your ticket already includes the use of the MVV. You can reach us with the U1, U2, U7 and U8 as well as the tram 18 to Fraunhoferstraße, the tram 16 and 17 to Reichenbachplatz or the bus lines 52 and 62 to Gärtnerplatztheater.

If you come by bike, you are guaranteed to always find a parking space in front of our building.

For those arriving by car, the following parking garages are located nearby: The CONTIPARK underground parking garage Oberanger, the IsarParkhaus at Isartorplatz and the Rieger City parking garage. For people with disabilities, there is a limited number of parking spaces in Reichenbachstraße as well as Klenzestraße.

The nearest cab stand is located on the corner of Fraunhoferstraße and Reichenbachstraße.
