Xiting Shan

Born in Beijing and raised in Vienna, the actress Xiting Shan received her training with Christof Weber and Gabriele Gold, which she completed in 2019 with the stage maturity examination at the Josefstadt. She previously performed in the musicals »Jobhunting« and »Moonman« in Tokyo in 2015. She then appeared on stage at the Salzburg Landestheater and at the Salzburg Festival (»Jedermann«), played the title roles in »Sophie und das Drei-Federn-Rätsel« and in a drama version of »Madame Butterfly« at the Theater Center Forum in Vienna, appeared as Vicky in »Der Pantoffel-Panther« at the Komödie am Kai in Vienna and performed in »The King and I« at the Seefestspiele Mörbisch. In addition to her stage career, she also gained experience in film and TV, among others in »Wie viele bist du?«, »Ich und die anderen«, »Die Chroniken von Albanor ‒ Die Gefangenen von Teldrem« and in the leading role in »Cranberry Juice«, with which she was seen at various film festivals.
