Evening box office: Box offices for the evening performance open half an hour before the performance starts. The box office is located in the foyer.

In all cases, please provide us with your postal address and, if available, your customer number so that we can send you your booking confirmation and/or tickets.

A handling fee of €2.00 per ticket is charged for tickets ordered in writing.

Use of public transport (MVV)

All regular tickets are valid on the date of performance from 3pm until 6am the following day for travel to and from the venue with all MVV public transport, if MVV use is indicated on the front of the ticket, or 3 hours before the start of the performance where performances start before 6pm.
