Two Kammersängerinnen will coach and challenge the young talents of our opera studio in masterclasses, both vocally and interpretively. Be there live and prick up your ears, because by listening you can learn a great deal about singing.

KS ANN MURRAY
The Irish mezzo-soprano Ann Murray is regarded as one of the world’s most renowned interpreters of Handel, Mozart, and Strauss, and has appeared at almost all major opera houses and in the most important concert halls. She was particularly closely associated with the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the English National Opera, as well as the Bavarian State Opera and the Salzburg Festival.

KS BRIGITTE FASSBAENDER
A world star with many careers, Brigitte Fassbaender is a singer, director, and intendant. After a unique singing career crowned by more than 300 recordings, which took her from Munich to stages all over the world, she has devoted herself entirely to directing since 1995. She has also staged several productions at the Gärtnerplatz Theatre, most recently The Merry Wives of Windsor.
