Nadine Zeintl

Nadine Zeintl was born in Steyr (Upper Austria) and began her education in contemporary dance at the Anton Bruckner Conservatory in Linz. She subsequently studied musical entertainment theatre at the conservatory in Vienna. She celebrated her first successes at Klagenfurt City Theatre as Constanze Weber (»Amadeus«), as Polly (»Die Dreigroschenoper«), in the title role of »Cinderella«, as Hermia (»A Midsummer Night's Dream«), as Joanna (»Sweeney Todd«), in Joshua Sobol's »Ghetto«, as Kathy Selden (»Singin' in the Rain«), as Anybody's (»West Side Story«) as well as in »Blutiger Honig« and as Eliza Doolittle (»My Fair Lady«).

For her performance in »America« by Kafka she was given a Nestroy Prize for the best state performance. At the Mörbisch Lake Festival she also performed the role of Eliza Doolittle, at the Vienna Volksoper she appeared on stage as Minnie Fay (»Hello Dolly!«) and could be seen at the New Stage in Villach, in »Immer noch Sturm« by Peter Handke and »Ecce Homo« by Bernd Liepold-Mosser and in »Naked Lunch«. In addition, she also played in »Totentanz«, a guest production of the Berlin Ensemble and with the Klagenfurt Ensemble in »Wir sind hier um uns zu umarmen«, a review of the work of the Carinthian author Georg Timber Trattnig. In connection with the production of »Wir verkaufen immer« of the Carinthian theatre project »Wolkenflug«, she was in 2013 once again nominated for the Nestroy Prize. In addition, she also appeared on stage for Vienna's Garage X in Josef Winkler's »Wetterleuchten« auf der »Zungenspitze«.

At Gärtnerplatztheater, Nadine Zeintl was seen among others as Sally Bowles (»Cabaret«), Truly Scrumptious (»Tschitti Tschitti Bäng Bäng«), Kathy Selden (»Singinʼ in the Rain«), Mabel Gibson (»Die Zirkusprinzessin«), Polly Peachum (»Die Dreigroschenoper«) and Lori Aschenbrenner (»Die Faschingsfee«).
