Jeremy Boulton
The Australian baritone with British-Greek roots won the IFAC Handa Australian Singing Competition, first prize at the Sydney International Song Prize and second prize at the Bel Canto Award. In 2025, he made his debut with the Bavarian Radio Choir in Brahms’ »Ein deutsches Requiem«. Initially in the opera studio and since 2025 in the ensemble of the Gärtnerplatztheater, he has appeared here as Masetto (»Don Giovanni«), Bob (»The Old Maid and the Thief«), Moralès/Dancaïro (»Carmen«), Mayor (»Le docteur Miracle«), Fiorillo (»Il barbiere di Siviglia«), Cascada (»Die lustige Witwe«) and Freddy (»My Fair Lady«). Guest performances took Jeremy Boulton to the Saarländisches Staatstheater as Death (»Savitri«), to the Theater Erfurt as Marco (»Gianni Schicchi«) and to the Theater St. Gallen in »Les Misérables«. He completed his studies at the Opera School of the Sydney Conservatorium with Maree Ryan and attended masterclasses with Brigitte Fassbaender, Leo Nucci and Barbara Frittoli.
