Florentine Beyer
Florentine Beyer graduated in 2020 from the »Musical/Show« course at the Berlin University of the Arts. Whilst still a student, she appeared on stage as Young Sally in »Follies« (directed by Martin G. Berger) at the Dresden Staatsoperette. This was followed by engagements at the Burgfestspiele Mayen, where she played, amongst other roles, Belle in »Die Schöne und das Biest«, Micaëla in »Carmen« and Marge in »The Talented Mr Ripley«, as well as a Kit-Kat Girl in »Cabaret« at the Staatstheater Kassel. In 2022, she appeared at the Theater des Westens in Berlin and subsequently on tour in »Ku’damm 56«, directed by Christoph Drewitz, playing Monika, Eva and as part of the ensemble.
Further engagements took her to the Grenzlandtheater Aachen as Luise in »Kabale und Liebe«, to the Mecklenburg State Theatre in Schwerin as Olive in the German-language premiere of »Little Miss Sunshine« (directed by Katja Wolff) at the Mecklenburg State Theatre in Schwerin, as Eda in »Der Anfang von fast Allem« at the Salzburg State Theatre, and as Hermia in »A Midsummer Night’s Dream« at the Luisenburg Festival in Wunsiedel. Her most recent engagements include Caroline in »Der Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer« at the Comödie Dresden, »Pippin« (directed by Simon Eichenberger) at the Staatsoperette Dresden, Pugsley in »The Addams Family«, and her role as choreographic assistant and dancer in »Messeschlager Gisela« at the Staatstheater Cottbus.
